Free Shipping doesn’t apply to heavy or oversize items or promotional products that are purchased with a discount code. Free Shipping is not applicable on prior purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
After you completed your purchase and we have processed your order we will send you a tracking number that allows you to check the current status of your shipment. You will always know where your shipment is and when your purchase will arrive at your chosen delivery address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
LuxSets ships worldwide to more than 30 international destinations. Our preferred carriers are the US Postal Service and DHL. Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office, DHL or UPS.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include local taxes or import duties. Please verify with your customs before making your purchase to be clear of the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, tax, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. SHIPPING TIMES
We strive to ship all orders out on the same day or latest on the next business day.
Most of our products ship with our free standard shipping and typical USPS shipping times are 2 to 7 days, depending on your shipping address. For promotional sale products and/or promotional shipping items, please allow 7 to 21 days. We are currently switching from USPS to DHL to make shipping faster for you, because we know no one likes to wait.
We offer Express Shipping on request for an additional Express Shipping fee. Please contact us for more details.
What if my tracking says “no information available at the moment”?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on their system. Usually there will be no tracking updates over the weekend on Saturdays and Sundays as well as on national holidays.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
